At the sportslink tat building (old oriental or emporium) 2nd or 3rd storey.

Diagonally across Jubilee Complex at the very big parade square there.

SGD$220-230 is juz the set rite.. i bought everything for 300+.. not sure if its exp...

what is R4?

To ride on the road, You need skills,Stamina, or even luck.

 

But to be a good rider, you have to change with your environment,and adjust yourself to its rhythm.
