[Trip Report] Malaysia - FR 1 : The mother road of penisular Msia

I believe lots of members here aware that trunk road in Msia actually "carry" a number that identify the route. Road 1 is the main road that link towns from JB all the way up to Bukit Kayu Hitam till Thai-Msia border.

One actually hv planned this form very long time ago, but no time to really go thru it. On 27th Jan 09 (2nd day of CNY), i was on my way back to SG from Cameron Highland, i was so tired to use NSHW back to SG, so i tried to travel 1/5 of the road 1. It is really kind of fun to go thru town to town.

It was from Tapah to Sg. Buloh, with my GPS guiding me along, i made it back safe & sound.

I believed the actual name for this road is called "Route 1".

 

Basically route 1 run on the west coast of Malaysia and route 3 run up along the east coast of Malaysia.
