1st 1 kena parking in footpath $75. n this is the 2nd.. Damn sian lor! but the acutual fact is that my bike was being "parked" in front of the NO PARKING sign. So buying season parking or not is not really an issue liao..

 

You just tell them lor you got season parking coupon wont be so stupid to park there and let them have a fine and park back to lot.

As a resident of Block XXX etc.., I am fully aware that there is this “No Parking” sign displayed towards the bike parking lot. On the 25th January 2009 I parked my vehicle (Number Plate) on the designated lot provided by the HDB at the time of 2330hrs; however on the 28th January 2008, 0945hrs upon fetching my vehicle, I realized that my vehicle was being shifted to another location whereby the offence is occurred. Without further hesitation, I immediately went over to my vehicle and gave it a thorough check. After checking through my vehicle, I was pleased that everything is in a perfectly fine condition and then I left the place. Therefore I did not lodge in any police report. From the 26th to 27th of January 2009 (Chinese New Year Day 1 & 2) the vehicle was being parked at the lot and was being parked there till 28th January 2009 which was the date that I fetch back my vehicle.

 

Sir/Madam, it is not my intention to station my vehicle at such location as my vehicle was being parked at the designated lot approved by HDB but was somehow being shifted by someone else which result of such offend incurred.

 

I sincerely hope that you would look into this matter and consider my appeal and reveal this offence. Your great understanding would be greatly appreciated. Please feel free to contact me with the particulars given above if you need any further clarifications.

The problem is not with the season parking thingy.. The offence stated is that i parked my bike at the "NO PARKING" spot which was being shifted by some bloody idiot from the legal lot to the illegal lot..

u should've checked who took ur lot that u parked at first.. cos with the high risk of bikes being meddled with at MSCP, some inconsiderate rider may shift ur bike to get ur lot..

 

for my carpark, the bottom floor is always full.. so everyday have to fight for the lots.. the other floors are poorly lit and very 'ulu'.. very convenient for bike thieves.. some more the smell of something decomposed on other floors do give me the creeps..

i'm a season parker for 3yrs, then one of the mth cant renew as lots are fully taken up.

 

u tell me, i no need go home ah? those freaking people at HDB carparks division ought to be shot!

 

gimme 4 summons that mth cos i parked my car shortwhile, longest 15min to unload groceries and to bring my 2 sleeping kids up home. Total close to $300.

 

fought the case for 8mths up to HQ levels, via several MP, Ministers also no use, cos whatever is written in letter, they are very good at ignoring it and jus reply you with the same old template reply.

 

long long story... I hate HDB carpark division. Curse them.

Does your carpark have alot of empty car lots? if so can suggest to Town council to draw more for bikes and not waste the space. Suggest is a good word. I could have use f.ark.
