Depends on other driver is female or male.

 

Male so far, no legal consequences. Maybe the possibility of being run over nice and proper. Like make tissue thin on that tarmac. Or have yourself & your bike punched/kicked over/scratched and set on fire.

 

For female, all the above, as well possibly a summon to appear before a judge and that female driver and made to apologise verbally, in the newspaper and financially.

 

If its a female showing middle finger to another female. Same as above.

i personally find it damn bo liao of using middle finger on people especially towards road user.. in other country people use slegehammer to whack off the windscreen or rider already.. lol. ya i know it's a way to release out anger.. but dun u guys find it pointless? not happy go one corner talk. stop increasing the accident rate already.. sometimes a move and decision could determine a person life u know.. tink carefully..
