Hi all Bro who owns or had owned a Gilera VRX 200,

 

I want your ipinion on the following

 

What do you like about your VRX

What do you not like about your VRX

Where do you repair/service your VRX

 

I appreciate your frank and open opionion as I am seriously considering getting one.

Jokes aside.. rode a number of bikes.. and are riding a vxr '06 now..

 

Pros:

i feel that this bike is 1 of the most smooth, relax, style, fast pick up, reliable* and cute.

 

Cons:

I do not like it

- front too light when pillion-ing..

- cover quite difficult to take out if diy-ing..

 

Repair and service you will have to check it out urself, there's alot of bikeshop that service runner.. do a quick run tru the scooter page, and you will know which bikeshop suits you.

 

*varies for each rider..

riser kit? whats that and how much it cost? coz i wanna prevent the underseat tray from hitting my air filter whenever i carry heavy pillion..any suggestions?

 

riser kit so far whd i seen is only done on 2 strk dunno if there a riser kit for a 4 strk coz of the diff in the design of the suspension 1 of the thigs u cld do is use ur original air box nye connector fit it to the carb then instead of an air box switch it to ur hurricane filter but the fault in doin dis u dun have a constant air flow so ur rpm will b kinda jumpy but it save ur hurricane frm being crush..n the higher ur suspension goes the more unstable u ar in cornering so juz get the correct setting for ur suspension coz itz the 1 tat will ensure ur stability on rd and i saw u tat dae when i was pumping petrol @ esso bukit timah near the big ikea or courts tak sure ah wahahaha

hi guys. i just got a '07 vxr 200 runner. i'm thinking of changing my stock pipe to aftermarket pipe. i know that the most common is GPR an Leo Vince pipes.

 

However, are there any other pipes that can be fitted to the runner and is street legal as well? A friend told me that Scorpion pipes can also be used. Also, is it necessary to change full system for gilera?
