It's always good to provide information..I kop the drawing from a website that sell Gilera parts overseas since i cant seem to find the technical manual online..

 

There's a black cover which covers the fuel tank, You gonna remove that before u can unscrew the float chamber(No.16) from the tank itself.

 

After 16 is out, the top part(Where the connectors are) needs to be remove(Clip on) before you can actually see the chip.Do note that there are 2 springs inside(1 big 1 small).

 

Best if you could remove it slowly so that you will know the correct placement for assembling it.

 

Once the sensor board is out, just spray some GT85 onto a piece of cloth and give it some hard rubbing on the pins..

 

Btw, do u frequent BB area cos i think i saw ur bike before around there..

Should be quite easy one..Do rem after unscrewing the float, you need to lift up and let the petrol drain out from it into the tank before u remove it completely...

Wish to sell off my 2 weeks old Hella 0902 horn complete with relay(Comes together with the horn) + fully connected + fuse holder for $28..

 

Practically it's fitted on my 07 runner as of now and for the same model if u take over, just need to route the wires and connect it up to the stock horn connectors and the battery and off you go..

Hey guys... i used to ride a gilera and recently i bought one again. and its f*** up... wondering how much will it cost to change stock mirrors, side stand, main stand and stock headlight? and i need to do engine mounting i think. to much vibrations. and i took the bike out and the engine just died on me. rastadan if u remember me can help me out here? feel like there's so much to be done... i just want the bike to be in perfect cond for normal usage...

I got mine Spy 1 way from taihin...price was 120 include installation...now will b cheaper...as i got the last piece tats from jap...now all spy alarm at taihin...is fron china...last heard was 60 plus $$...do verify with them....but my suggestion is don go to taihin if u can....f up mach....jus throw my fairing ard... in spite of me standing there reminding him to be gentle....

Hi all, I trade in my S4 yesterday and took out an Gilera 200 FBA. Yesterday was totaly fine, but this morning when i start my bike and it works but then it dies off and cannot start, in the end got to take bus ahh hmm. How is this happen? can anyone help me here. I'm New for Gilera.

call up your shop, get them to tow your bike and ask them to rectify the problem.. im sure they gave u atleast a month warranty for your bike..
