At the end of the day, it's their bike. If you wanna use a Harley to deliver, why not? You can deliver in style.

Overhaul is mostly for 2 stroke Gilera only. 4 stroke nth much to overhaul. all those problem can be fix by normal service on that specifically mentioned part. no need waste so much money going overhaul.

 

But if u insist on going overhaul. check out the price with all the shop. they will be most willingly to quote you a price cause they know they can earn alot lol.

y cant gilera be a despatch? its a great workhorse.. been there, done that.. from macdonald to kfc to courier despatch.. but must take good care of it cos u keep on n off the engine.. ride slowly n love the ride for despatch.. advantage is not tired cos auto since mac n kfc delivery is in the neighbourhood so a lot traffic light.. But when its time u need to service, better service.. sense something wrong with bike, send to clinic..

Hmm you gave a good point there. Servicing is important. I'm a Mac rider too, from spark to super4. Than i find that S4 is not ok for rider cos all dockets goes to petrol. If spark, wah i can never touch my monthly pay bro hahaha. But since you have the experience with gilera, on Mac KFC & courier. Which of this is the worst one as in docket is totally = to petrol?

Overhaul doesn't necessary only reserve for "2 STROKE", I don't understand how you came up with that idealogy as any vehicle that has been awfully maintained over the long span of years, stretched to its engine limit, be it 2stroke 4 stroke scrambler sportsbike scooter naked bike cruiser bike it will need a OVERHAUL to be road worthy again. That i believe is true to my extended knowledge.

Previously im riding an S4 and changed to a gillera. So I did go around shop looking for parts and also did racky some prices. The shop owner told me “if your VXR 200 wana overhaul, will cos you around $1700” bro….than some more he show’s me a few of the bike that got stuck at his shop for years, because cannot pay. Huh takot bro..for all runners out there. Love your bike and leave a live to ride another day…….cheers to all runners….

Hi all. Been riding a vxr 07 for 2 months. So far it's been a decent bike. But just that this evening as i tried to start the bike, there isn't any ignition sound coming from the bike. It was fine in the morning though. May I know what could be the problem? I'm sure it's not the batt as the horn and lights are working fine. Issit the spark plug or the coil or the wiring might be faulty? I seriously need help from those who know the bike better. Thanks.

 

i got this problem before. morning go work can start but go back time got movie to catch, the bike cannot start. Not even the cranking sound seh...so i'm so stress out and try and try and try with silent’s hahaha but actually you know what, this is my habit which i usually use to start my bike. I will use only my left break to start and forgot about the right one. so after 30min of stress. Than i realize my bike can start easily on the right break. hahaha the left break sensor spoil ah bro...alamak....kecoh....

If your bike is still having installment, go back to your bike shop and get then or you to duplicate the master key. But of cos there will be a cost bro…hmmm

ask the mech to check if you using malossi multivar & delta clutch, if not then standard package would suffice. no point installing malossi roller, u-clips etc on a stock setup. most don't even use our scoots for "lacing" so why would you want to pay for something that in the end won't benefit you?
