something serious but as long got enough rest can already.

 

aiyaa, last sun night 2.30am come out of wdl custom, then turn up to SLE, suddenly vision blurry, then i immediately stop at road shoulder before wdl ave 2 rest .. then suddenly become giddy, put side stand and i lean along the railing .. not long after blackout, free fall lay on the grass patch ...

 

my pillon friend keep calling my name then i woke up, try to stand up again, this time imbalance, not long after blackout again ... lay underneath the railing. then rest a while, woke up, then call cab home...

 

asked tow broz to tow my bike home ... yest afternoon go see doctor, blood pressure ok, but low blood sugar .. fri afternoon go SGH apt with neuro see lo..

 

i think my bluetooth headset drop at SLE, i cant seems to find at home and bike ... :sian:

 

 

 

Aiyo, bro u have to take care of ureself leh... i see u so big size tot u veri fit leh..... btw me n candy going for the durian trip... hope u can join in too.. bluetoot drop liao nvm lah... can buy new 1... ure life more important.. maybe next time jio u to more exotic places so ure blood pressure will rise... :lol:

that whole day i din really eat anything.. i think just a bowl of noodles and my nalgen bottle of water ... thats all ... confirm doh4 one and i pia work since 4days PC show till last sunday, only rest 1 day nia... trying to stretch myself w/o resting ... LOL !

Hey.. U really gotta take care of yourself, best is do a full body checkup. Sometimes small problem is a sign to a big problem (touchwood). Just like our bike do full service once a year, our body also need to go through 'service' once a year too. Take care of yourself please.

So far still alright, i just find abit abit abit uncomfortable with my eyes now, esp. When the sky is bright i will see 'stars'. So have to wear sunglasses lo..

Haha ya loo.. Must be v careful.. Everytime i kena, i will call my bone doctor plus see my chinese acupuncturist.. Rest for a week shld be fine le..

LOL. i go see doc onli tell mi "dun stress ur back too much. try knee down n carry things, dun use bending. u rest 3months than ok liao. i giv u light duties 3months." SICK! as if i like light duties. prefer to workout man! lol!
