Hi Deltaboi & MattX1R, thanks for your prompt response pertaining to my Q.

 

For item:

1. yes, i tried to rev my bike and the light in my speedo was lit up and went off when release the throttle as well as the signal light blink very fast (i think 3x per second)

 

both signal blink very fast ah, if one side is coz normally bulb blow but if both, i suspect is the wiring...

 

any idea where to get yuasa battery? or have you ever replaced before?

 

not very sure about this bro...try asking at Lim Ah Boy...

2. I will try OWS double iridium as you suggested.

any idea how much is that?

i bought my NGK at LAB for 12 bucks.

 

Double iridium tip is around $25 a plug...

 

5. For unique motorsport, i saw comment from this forum that it is not that exceptional.

its ur own preference really...but if u never try them then u cant make any assessment for urself u see...

just did my engine there...and will go back if it happens again...so u should noe roughly the workmanship how good ba...

 

6. additional Q: at how many km we need to flush our brake hose & brake liquid system?

i think what u r refering to are both the same things...

Brake fluid in the brake hose that comes from the brake reservoir...

if u change to steel braided hose, they will flush with Dot 4 brake fluid together one...

for newer bikes, actually no need to worry about brake fluid as it will never finish unless there is a leak. just observe the reservoir to make sure not empty...

try changing to steel braided ones as i feel they are safer...

i run in time never rev thats y still tahan until nearly one year...haha

 

dun give in to temptation to turn the throttle...later mas come out another 1k plus like me...

it will boost up the engine power. but it will oso damage ur engine as it wont last long. rxz 2stroke u full throttle oso lose de la. might as well ride slow n safe. if u wanna challenge wif him ask him play corner wif u lor, x1r corner can go lower then rxz imo.

 

Ya i know. Hopefully i can get my X1-R by next week. I just asked AXA for insurance (im 20 here), and might consider first party since it cost $1100 which i think is kinda worth it.

bros,if i take out my airbox n replace it with K~N filter,wil that effect my piston and wats the difference in performance?cos my engine is standard.btw,i got my license few years back n this is 1st time i use a 2B 4-stroke bike....any tips to top up my x-1r performance in speed?
