As everyone been mentioning, the thread suddenly went alive..

 

Let's do a X1R gathering..

 

Objective... Have a good makan session, filled with laughters and a cool ride-out through the night with the company of new-found friends

To be Confirmed through SMS

 

First, let me clarify...

I am just assisting in organising the gathering..

 

We will be riding in a convoy thus, please stick to speed limits.

 

I cannot guarentee your safety while riding.. so please if u are unwell.. Do rest.. if u are stubbon and still wanna come.. Take a cab.. if not there's always a biker who willing to give u ride..

Or if my standard footrest got busted, can i change to a racing footrest and claim?

Yup, i did ask. He quote me 100 and i quoted him 1000 and he said i was crazy and ask me to claim from his insurer.

Damages:

Lever, Dented

Mudguard, Busted

Rear plate number, Folded into half.

Rear brake, Busted

Yoshi Pipe, dented + scratches

Tyre, almost busted

i frequent jb every few days for petrol run and cigg.. mayb if u guys interested we can go in as a group.. normall i go in after work which is about 12am..

Insurance company will compensate the same things that was damaged in the accident. Same brand pipe for same brand pipe. Standard footrest for standard footrest. Some insurance companies will try to play the victim up by changing only the specific parts that is damaged. Unless the bike shop says otherwise.

 

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CHANGE ANYTHING ELSE AND ATTEMPTED TO CLAIM FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY. This will void the settlement agreement.
