I stated the car wash example in hopes that you get that we are also lazy to cash & carry the accessories/engine oil and change it on our bike ourselves. And partially the reason why the mechanics are there.

 

and jason, yes the shop that pushed my bike to the road and said all done but "forgot" to put in the new EO after extracting my old EO out.

If its important then get an identical one from a hardware store. You would not want your bike falling apart while travelling.

vibration is a powerful thing, not only it can make girls happy but it can also make screw fall off. so maybe ur nut drop off halfway due to loosely tighten. but yea anyway, do find a nut for it man, or u will go nuts if other parts start falling off.

(Its not that we know how to do therefore we should do it ourselves. = You do not know how to do. So you should do it yourself.) Or am I missing something here?

Same la. I went that shop to do normal servicing. BIG disappointment. That shop give pple impression that they can do spark swee swee one right? End up kanasai.

 

PS: And duo true enough, if you want something done right you gotta do it yourself. But these mechanics are PAID for their services. It's not that we know how to do therefore we should do it ourselves. I mean, anybody can wash a freaking car but why do you have car washers?

Lawsuit? shop mentioned? who mention ah.. haha.. anyway, if the shop made sure the mechs did their job properly, the situation wouldn't have happened.. then again, they're humans too, bound to make mistakes and its best that we supervise when they work on our bike so that situations like this wont happen..
