After purchasing the pipe , when to STA at sin ming dr for inspection .Reached there & searching for a vech inspector but i see like all of them are "BZ" . Finally after like 5 mins standing there , one vech inspector approched me for assist . so i told him that i wanna get my pipe inspected . He than told me to go inside the air conditioned room for payment/document .So i paid $78.10 for inspection . (Saw 2 LTA officer passby my bike outside the room & parked near my bike) I was like ,habis mati liao! 1 officer went inside the room & the other one just waited outside .After like 10 mins of paper work, the vech inspector inspect my exhaust (slot in the DB reading in the pipe / used torch lite & shine inside). Than he kept on blowing like theres no tomorrow ! . Than the LTA officer approached & asked me question !!

 

Lta: Wa bang nice pipe , the way i hear it , its very loud .

Me: Loud ? Where got loud . Legal pipe not as loud as illegal pipe . (after saying that , i was like -Am i being sarcastic?-

Lta : So bang whats da top speed of ur bike with this pipe & stock ? Im sure u u have tried .

Me: Top speed ? no la sir , i never try . this bike so small Cc where can go fast ,some more my bike stock except for my pipe(legal) .Top speed i dont dare try.

Lta: Dont bluff me la u dont dare to try? I love to try my top speed with my bike , u told me ur bike stock , but ur rear have mod to disc brake . Are u sure u never mod anitin? nvm u can tell me . (I was like WTH!)

Me: Changed to rear disc cos of safety purpose , much better braking .

Lta : So u r telling me drum not good? (No comment)..

Me: Drum brake good , disc also good . (& so my pipe oreadi passed for inspect). Go inside the room took the cert .

Start my bike ready to move off , But before moving off i asked The Lta officer, Sir u told me u like to go for top speed , where do u do that ?

Lta answered -When only i go touring in malaysia-

I was like ...oohhhh O~K...

Last few words from LTA officer to me : Ride Safe & Take Care of Ur Bike ! (i was like , Is he being scarstic to me now?!)

the Db i saw during inspection is 94.88 (stated in da cert is 94). whack some more it'll be 95 or maybe more . till da inspector like discussing with one another sia.lol

one my my friend yest was being followed by an 2 LTA.Car and bike.He was asked to follow for inspection at sing ming.kena fined for 3 offence

1-modifyin pipe w/o silencer

2-tinted of tail-light

3-tinted of signal light.

wah damn suay man if kena.should be around $850 if i not wrong.

so the moral is if being followed by LTA officers,whackeeed 180km/h!=)

noo la just try to keep loww.
