about the cancel of order,they are right, they ordered for you, they cant simply just call and say hey dont want to the supplier, coz its gona be hell of a mess.. just like you order a food,they cooking it and you wish to cancel.. its troublesome right?

 

then did you manage to get the helmet? your post said you selling at FB and SBF, but ironically u said the helmet not here yet.. if u still have not, my advice you just come down and settle at the shop.. calls and email are not the best way.. if the insist, CASE will handle them if u file a report. just my 2 cent lah kan

 

Da thing is, dey told me it will be due in 2 weeks time when i wanted to cancel it. And i wanna quickly let it go coz i nid da money badly at dat time. Bt i juz found out wat actually happened. It became police case sial. So dey cant release da helmets yet. Sigh. Im nt gonna fight 4 it. Juz wait n hopefully da helmet come safely. I was juz too naive ah.

 

Bro, Shah alwayz takes his tyme when Deliviring Stuffz. & if U have nt known yet, all his Stuffz are either Delivered 2 JB [His 2nd Shop] or Ship in via Sea. Thats the Reason y U can get most of his Stuffz at a really reasonable $$$. The only thing abt them iz that, fr wat i c if U Pisses them off then Pricing will Increses . But well that the Case neway in most Shops here

 

Order wise; that is the SOP everywhere. If U order sumting & decides 2 Cancel Order. Either U

1) Get part of Ur Refund.

2) Get sum1 else 2 buy the thing from them. The Person will Pay U ur DownPayment, Pay the Shop the Balance & takes the Stuff.

3)Shop get sum1 2 buy the thing which they have oredi Ordered, then U will ultimately get back ur Dowpayment.

 

The Reason iz v simple here Bro. Shop juz dun wanna make a loss. If they Refund U & nobody buy that thing fr them, then if kept 4 too long they will have 2 Lelong thus making a loss. They also know that U are in a Lose-Lose Situation. Either U Pay Full & get it or take back a fraction of Ur $$$ back...

 

Alwayz Perform Proper Survey b4 U give other ppl Ur Hard-Earned $$$ :thumb:

U can go 2 CASE if U have a Written Agreement on when U are supposed 2 Received Ur Stuffz, & if it oredi long due & Stuffz still nt here yet. Full Refund & in better Cases, Compensation $$$...

 

I wanted to but i dn hv da confidence it will win ah. I hv da receipt stating how long i mite hv to wait n den ltr da written agreement dat i wanna put it on resell. I oso dun wanna make a huge hoo-hah animore. Juz wait 4 da helmet to arrive, contact my buyer den settle...

R u referring da typical "chin chai" Singaporean Attitude to consumers or shops? I wudnt say im "chin chai" bcoz a fren told me abt his fren who got Arai helmet from der too at a good price. Bt he didnt encounter any probs n received his helmet within da promised period. Dat actually made confident in doing da same thing. In other words, i did abit of homework but my mistake is i rushed in getting it n onie after dat i realised i can oso get Arai helmets from another shop.

 

As for da shop, i thought dey were being professional at 1st. Since i'm ordering goods frm overseas, obviously i'm nt aware of da no-refund-after-deposit policy n other policies as well. Im juz naive. I tot i can cancel order as easy as how i cancel my laptop order frm Harvey Norman if decided nt to get it after i tot i "waited too long". Even dat, i can still get my deposit full cash. Mebi dey can improve deir customer svc by explaining veri impt policies like cancelling orders, refunds or watvr. At least customers cn be sure dey r being sincere. And maybe dey cn call customers if der is sumthg veri impt to tell, like in my case, da 2 helmets stolen upon arrival of goods frm japan n a delay to be expected. I do understand dat dey hv alot of errands to run bt i dn tink dey shud juz put aside diz matter w/o knowledge of deir customers. Anyway, deir relation wif customers is veri impt rite?

 

I didnt report my matter to authorities bcoz i kold up da shop to find out wat went wrong. But, i reely begin to lose trust in dem. Dey told me, 2 of da helmets in da shipment were stolen n deir surveyors came down to hv a look n confirmd da theft. It was reported to da police n stil under investigation. Da shop said a new order is made to recover da 2 stolen helmets n dey have oredi arrived bt it cant be released until da police say so. I requested to be updated on da issue n da person who attended to my kol hv da cheek to ask me 4 my name n said sumbody wil kol me when dey return frm da scene. 2 days later, no such kols is received. Im bz wif werk like most ppl n its troublesome 4 me to remind myself to kip kolg dem 4 updates. Anyway, i find dat irritating. I juz felt deir customer service sux n i dn feel im a valued customer to dem.
