hey,, good news. im a cgian! just got the $550 one on sbf hahah. its in very good working conditions. no hipcup or any major flaws except the IU not working. zzz forgot to check that. and preparing to strip the whole cockpit off and replace with cafe style bars and new meters.! recommendations on where to look for them? will prefer straight bars than clip ons , for now.

but that's pending yeah, cos I have another friend looking at buying my cg and renewing the COE. Pity to let the old girl die like that and be cannibalised for parts. Am kinda attached to this bike now. She's riding damn smooth after the overhaul

can the stock air filter be washed? or must i replace it? united implex?

also my plug has black soot all over the tip. is it sign of the mixture running too rich or something like the carb is dirty?

oh the shop can do loan for COE?

Yes,as in personal loan.

The most easy way is the singpost loan,loan interest is a bit high.

But if you loan what you need(dun loan extra) it's ok.

gg change my meter and bars soon. cant seem to find straight bars anywhere other than ahboy.

think going to go ahgua lane to get slight rise bars instead.

haha trying to bluff car owners who duno about bike. to them, 2.5k for a COE ending bike is still cheap.

 

I'll be temporarily leaving the bike scene from June guys! Getting a Suzuki swift. But gonna take 2a in the meanwhile and hopefully class 2 next time!

i've been to ahboy quite a few times, can view than pay. since when anything is pay than show one.

just diy sprayed the tank .. seems like its in quite bad condition. might want to change it. but for now. shall just give it a coat of black. hahaha. btw united motors sell all cg125 stuff? also where u guys recommend me to rewarp the seat? might wan to change the shape slightly. heard of eugene saddlery but its quite expensive right? where else should i take a look at? thanks in advance!

haa...I think is clutch problem ar...like the bike move off while release clutch then suddenly jerk..

No more fuel tank,if have also the china tank.

It's might be your clutch housing and plates.

You still dunno him well enuff.I been there for 10yrs.

They collect $ 1st than go take the things you want from other shop.

If the thing is not the one you want,you slowly wait again and again.

So ,do your homework well,know where to get things.
