yeah same here. would it pose any inspection issues?

Your piston is worn,that's why got black smoke.

 

hmm apparently its not, its the jetting that's worn. just changed the carb.. no more smoke le.. for now.. and it can be tuneeeddd! whoohoooo!:p

 

anyway the china forks need oil..

hmm no idea where to get feeler gauge ? what is it for anyway? :cheeky:

 

and just changed my carb. from ah boy. (please do not buy it . imho.)

had it fixed up, tuned till my i want to cry still cant get it right. go to a shop, and he told me the needle isnt very good. something about the dimensions. thats why the delivery isnt very smooth.

 

heard united is taking stocks now. so the carb should come by may or june. mean while ill just use this carb. the quality feels cheap thou, like my fork.

United sell the original made in japan carb...pls get that.

Yup..i meant that..but it's better to get the bent ones at the tip..It's to measure to the required amount before tighten the valve clearance and etc...

you can try getting it from tekka market 2nd story,got a hardware shop...ex tools but good!

seats is up to the riders butt...no issue with it.

Rx-100 seats are nice.

ic, plan to do something like bratstyle seats. shave half the foam off and rewrap it. not cheap thou. everywhere i asked quote 100+ ... faint... might just skip the idea.. and buy a new seat from united instead.

just got my pay . so sent my bike to a shop to have the block gaskets replaced. so another $100+ to the cg.. didnt opt for an overhaul as the engine wasnt giving problems. :)

YAY! NO MORE LEAKY ENGINEEEE!! WEEEE... hope the fc will be better now! its at about 38km.l now..

@colinmackay85 u mention ur fc was 30km.l, was the same as mine previously, might want to check the jet, swap it if its worn.

 

@tonychan, where to get rear spoked wheel ah? around how much for the set? hub-spoke-rim :cheeky: thanks again!

You can do it at shop,not many bike shop doing relace of rims.GNG got do.

use back the old hub.

boooo! now my horn spoil ! wleh!

 

when press the horn , use hand to feel if the horn plate got vibrate or not..if no vibration,maybe the connection come out only..if got mean no spoil..maybe battery weak
