Vespa primavera engine stall

Hi, i am riding Vespa Primavera for 3.5 years already. but lately my bike decided to give me some problems. whenever i am at traffic light or trying to go slow 20/km . the bike starts to jerk as if fuels is not going in then engine died in the middle of the road!!! i have to on/off my bike each time moving off!

i had done servicing such as change engine oil, spark plug,clean the fuel injector, air filter, clutch, engine check, full servicing spent almost 1.5k but still same problem occurs.can anyone recommend me some good vespa shops? help me!! i love my vespa!
