Hmm.

Realised my rpm was unstable after a 30mins ride under the hot sun. Suddenly the rpm can shoot up to 2250rpm, then drop to 1500rpm. Up down Up down.

Usual idling should be 1750rpm thereabouts.

Went to MS to have a look. Also met Synman there.

They played around with the ECU. Adjusted back to lvl 0.

HOpe it doesn't play up during the trip up to KL.

Also saw the G.Dink 300i getting serviced there with the same up down up down rpm problem. The owner, an old guy, collected it just 3 days ago. Haha!!

Ha ha ha , same here. I was like huh, something sure must be wrong. I didn't expect a new scoot to have any squeaky so soon. If an old scooter, I can understand.

After I stop, I make the scoot go up and down seated and it goes squeak squeak squeak. Put some WD40 at the side stand spring and full stand spring and it only go away after some time. Now the sound is back again. I very sian to touch it Liao. The funny thing is, sometimes soft sometimes don't have sometimes while accelerating sometimes don't feel like its the spring.

My last tank of fuel consumption: 31.1km/L.

Great after my tires are "sealed".

Change to my remaining Moty's yesterday and put in the iridium plug. Wah, they really sell expensive at $20 a piece.

But I guess that is the price most or all the motor shops charge.

Topgear's bike sounds pretty good and quiet compare to mine.

But I guess the clutch system inside our bikes are different.

Oh. To SynMan: Your DT300i, same color as mine, still looks like new!! Haha.

Even though you don't wash the bike, at least you do wipe it. I don't even wipe the bike. Haha.

Only ytd and the day before I applied ArmorAll for the bike's black plastic panels. Now the plastics look shiny new =D

But the colored panels, I'll leave it as it is. Collect more dust and dirt!!

Oh. I also occasionally wipe the windshield too. Mine's starting to turn a hinge of yellow. Any ideas or ways to prevent it from turning really yellow?? Haha.

And for those who're riding DT300i, interested in how I ride my DT125i, here's a similar video I found on YouTube.

Haha. Hear the engine scream at you!!!

*On my bike, it does sound much quieter though, or maybe it's due to the helmet noise insulation.

Leovince Aftermarket Exhaust for DT125i.

The engine sounds so much different!!! Amazing!!!

Too bad it's illegal here. The legal system only for DT300i.

@synman

The 40km/h to 60km/h no Power and rpm drop zone is more or less gone.

Meaning don't have that effect anymore but very rarely if you really want to make it come out only drop 200rpm. If you ride normally then it's gone but now struck with 4500 to 5200rpm like no fuel jerky effect.

Like clutch slip but may not be because at above 4500rpm onward clutch should lock on already...I think :p

I had a similar issue with mine after a month, I thought it was the font suspension as the squeaky noise was noticeable when going though bumpy roads. After further examination I notice that it actually came from the round rubber on the central stand.

On a side note, I was told by my mechanics that it is better to use white grease spray than WD-40, apparently the white grease stays for longer

Boxer vibration strong only when the bike is stationary or during moving off. After that, its pretty much stable.

Its not or.. Its and moving off... Bcoz of momentum, vibrations will be at a minimum but it will tend to pull to left slightly if I m not wrong..
