Er...never le I don't even know what's a roller until you mention it lol and nope I got mine from their showroom think u got de wrong guy :)

IMO the SW-T look nicer leh...

Hmm...think I'll change the roller to to boost the power too lol...Btw where do I change the roller ah?

Hehe. Ok. The SW-T to me looks like the old T-Max 500 from the front. Haha.....

I got Dr Pulley rollers from TaiHin@ 10 Kaki Bukit Road 2, #01-16, First East Ctr. It should be 18g, which will cost you $65+$15 installation. There's also Malossi and J.Co Variators. Haha. But Dr Pulley rollers I think are the cheapest luh. Hehe.

Anyways, with the latest price list from Honda Singapore (OTR without insurance), the SW-400T is going for $18350, ABS for $19590. In comparison, the NC700 Integra is going for $22,250. Haha. 400cc VS 700cc.... Just that bit difference in price.... Geez!!!

Not Exactly. You actually made the right choice! Was telling Herbert, they should have Xciting 125/ 200cc.... DownTown can't stretch leg.... Come to think of it, I wondered how I made it to KL. Haha.

I actually preferred the looks of Xciting as well, but too bad, they don't have 2B capacity for that scoot, so got the DT125i for $8.6k OTR without Insurance. Me just passed you see, so me insurance renewal came up to $1.6k for comprehensive. So OTR with insurance, one will be looking at $10.2k.

Wow!! That's very ex for ins.....

Btw, I just saw a SYM Maxysm 400 scooter just now...Look not bad le but dunno how it fair tho....

Erm, MaxSym 400 OTR price with insurance (above 30yrs old) is $13k. Haha.

Have seen it personally, but in terms of quality, can't match Kymco. I'll rather get the Burgman 400/Majesty 400 for $3k more at $16k....

Btw I heard ppl changing the Dr Pulley Hit cluctch as well.. How long do we have to replace the hit clutch?

Sori for asking all these as I'm totally clueless....

I know Majesty 400 is $16.5k OTR without insurance. For Burgman 400, the last I read, no bike shop want to bring in new model liao. Haha. Maybe Heng Motor - Aren't they Suzuki dealer here??

Dr Pulley Hit Clutch is $550 for most scooters. Clutch can last for long period. People change clutch as performance parts, and not really for wear and tear.....

Headache!!!

This morning, tried starting me Downtown 125i while pressing the left/ rear brake lever and starter which I always use to do, and the engine didn't start. Then I tried pressing the right/ front brake lever and then it started.

Oil leaked like the last time as well (suspecting its the transmission oil again), but not as much. That said, this rubber band- like thing was seen on the floor. I picked it up, and will bring to workshop later.....

Hais. Why 1-yr old scoot have oil leak one??

It better go at least 170km/h ha ha.

Can't help feeling it's just a big bore DT 300cc.

This one cannot on par with Burgman 400 or Maxsym 400 or Majesty 400, Xciting can go fly kite.

Hey Bro,

Dun mind but what do u mean when u say cannot b on par? In terms of?

Posted

I have no idea what's with the oil leak. But so far still can ride.

Found out the reason why I couldn't start with the left brake lever pressed - It's the sensor switch that has shorted.

Here's how it looks like:

It's a wear and tear part, so it cost me $12 to replace. Haha!!!

I heard that Silverwing can only start with pressing the left brake, and pressing it hard?? Haha.

At least for Kymco, both sides work.

Huh? No lah. I don't shoot. Haha. But am thinking of having a camera mount, to video me daily rides.

I used to have the GoPro Hero HD2, until it flung off me helmet on BKE-PIE. Haha.
