Power.. Where to buy the HIT clutch??? ..wondered how will the performance be.....here got the video of it on test.

There is several OTR prices for different age group. I am over 31. So my OTR is 18200. Gonna add IU 158. Totaling to 18358. MS says they can deliver within this week. But I probably collect next week instead.

I'm aiming for the MyRoad for my Class 2 ride. For now, I'm happy riding the DT125i.

 

I actually was aiming for the BMW C650GT, but that's really ugly, especially the side view. Haha.

The designer for that scooter probably having a day off.

Hey! I also aiming for BMW scooter. In my life, hope to ride a BMW. I cannot own the car series ma. Go for the bike. But GT price is......gulp.......hahhahahh...gonna save for few more years.

Haha. Yeap, not forgetting the price too for the C650GT. That will definitely cross the $30k mark.

If I had the chance, and the Class 2 license, I don't mind renting a BMW GT1600 for touring, but will definitely not want to own one, thanks to the massive 6-cylinder engine, and the size is simply not practical for our narrow roads.

When you've started riding your MyRoad 700i, do post back on the riding characteristics!

Your scoot still new, don't try and do anything is the general rule of thumb.

Get use to the scoot first, your scoot so power already, no need performance part already ha ha.

The only problem for your scoot maybe, is top speed.

Max on YouTube I see is 179km/h. If can go 200km/h, wah!

 

Touring should be great on it. Wonder how it works with the electronic controlled suspension system.

 

If you are still interested as to where you can find Dr Pulley product, Tai Hin Enterprise is the sole distributor of Dr Pulley product.

Today was pretty eventful for me.

 

I changed my first set of synthetic engine oil [i forgot the brand, it's the $28 one at MS], as well as a new engine oil filter for $15.

 

But what's better is that I saw a fellow DT125i rider at the workshop. His white DT125i is 1yr 4 months young but he's already clocked over 37,400km on it! He lives in the east, works in the west. That's why his high mileage.

 

He has also reported the vibration issue when moving off. What the mechanics did was to change his belt [as it was worn, and about to snap], as well as clean the clutch and variator. The weights had to be changed as well.

 

Then I went to see the new Grand Dink at the MacPherson showroom. That's a GD 300i, but the salesperson says it's using the 270cc Xciting 300 Ri engine and not the 299cc DT300i engine. Hmm.... I'll check it out and get back.

 

The GD300i was vibrating like crazy on idling. Haha. I was totally not used to it. A man in his 60's, who's currently riding a Dink 200i [170cc, pls don't be confused] only 6 months old is already contemplating on changing to the GD300i as he travels quite a fair bit to Malaysia.

 

For me though? I'll patiently clear up my 1-year probation, get my Class 2A license, then sell my DT125i, and then get the Xciting 400 when it comes in next year est Oct.
