The last I asked MS, front and rear pads are $22 each, but I didn't ask the brand.

 

And I went to apply MACS today. Rm30, no queue. Went at 12:30pm.

 

Pumped V-Power 97@Rm 2.80/ liter.

 

Roads there telok though. But very peaceful and quiet =)

 

Had 3.5hrs to burn between lessons, so went there with my friend who rides S4.

There are several claims of how one successfully do the macs at malaysia. Let me share mine.

 

Did online for my wife n myself

Print out the forms. These forms have reference number

Went to tuas macs counter. Officer says no need hard copy.

She took my passport, scan passport picture into the macs n print it out

Stick onto my passport.

I paid 30rm for each passport. 60rm in total

All done within 20mins. However i did it at at 9pm on a sat.

 

Macs will allow those non malaysian travellers to clear custom quickly. No need white card n no need chops. Officer just look at ur passport n u can go off. Sometimes they may scan ur passport too. But thats quite rare sight. They are builkding macs lane now. In future those single rider can use fast lane to clear the custom

was first in the queue, so 5 mins was all it took. Haha.

 

Just pay Rm30, and they'll scan your passport photo for the visa.

 

It's valid for 1 yr only by the way. Needs subsequent renewal.
