hi guys. sold a bike recently. new owner pay me half way still owe me around 700. i have already transfer the bike to him. now he seems unwilling to pay me back. is there anything i can do? nothing was writeen down black and white. now is quite lost. hope someone can tell mi what to do.

Just pray liao loh .. ya , i agree u'r lucky that its 700 and not 7k. U should have made careful and proper arrangements such as in writings or witnesses or somethin to protect ur backside ..
