Light + Box Help!

hi guys, got two problems with my honda wave.

 

1) the light doesn't come on, sometimes have sometimes don't have. normally lights up only very long after riding, if it lights up at all. friend mentioned battery dead or something. whats the rough price to fix this?

 

2) my givi slim box cannot open with my key! probably due to the wear and tear key go in too many times or something.. which shop can i get the lock part of the givi slim box changed? the whole box is ok, just that little latch. my stuff have been inside the box for a week now haven't open..

may wiring problem for the lighting.

if cannot open,try to get a locksmith to open your box.then go to LAB to buy just the lock set and changed..

1.see the contact on bulb is rusty?cable contact point loose or poor contact?

(sent shop to do,too many screw and plastic to remove)

 

2.if cannot turn,just spary wd40 into the key hole.still cannot go LAB buy new lock @ 5-8sgd

see the angle of the latch sometime is overangle.

alright guys, brought my bike to chu seng bike shop at kembangan, mechanic helped me fix my light, isolated the problem to the light switch (the one that allows you to change between high beam and normal light). he changed it for $22, i don't know whether its the norm, but i find it quite steep. asked him about the box, he said no choice must break it open to retrieve the contents, and wont be able to be used again.

 

after paying for the light servicing, went to as phoon, ard kembangan too. along the same road, uncle told me too have to break open the box, which i really reckon its a pity. its a new givi slim box, $80+ if i'm not wrong, but cause of the lock gotta throw away the whole thing? tried bro tonychans solution of wd40-ing the hole, still no use. haven't tried ah boy though..

 

question, if i bring my bike to ah boy and buy the new lock, how are they gonna install it if the box cannot even be opened? thx!
