but unfortunately in Dingapore how many of us even have proper bike lots to call our own lest a workshop to do all these things

haha... if i was at my old workplace (i used to work in a workshop area) would be very possible to do all that as had the tools, HP wash gun, griders, even forklift (in lieu of a bike lift)
