after that, i change the whole rectifier socket(brought at ah boy),

runing idling about 5 minte, found that the wiring getting warm ( the new rectifier socket), look like overload on the wire....

 

i will change the wire on the few.

 

Really lucky, that i havent ride until bike get burn (insurance 3rd party only.......)

 

 

Your original one is seem to have been changed beofre. I see the melted part are those link white plastic connect use in electrical connection. Looks like they use the thin and cheaper ones when your previous owner fixes it. The wire is always hot as the 3 phase yellow has very high AC. Not such about LAB ones but I think the wire should be ok.

 

I had mine replaced recently using my own config and so far but my white interfacing electrical connector is bigger and harder plastic. So far okay...been 6 months already. Two other ppl are using my assenbly oso.

 

If you want to replace the cables, you ahve to get the thick guage ones with higher current rating and have to do your own socket pin crimping which can be tedious.

Actually can find back one ah u go pie maybe midnight lor.. but still becareful.. last time my sp's mirror flew off at macritche area towards thomson.. that side jam pack everyday then i thought no case liao..

 

it was a friday when i lost it.. scarli monday on my way to work its still there!! lol

then i go 1 more round slowly stop by road side faster go take lol..
