Hi guys i'm new here. Haven't get a bike yet but got 2b license. 2a in august. CBR400 caught my eye so i wanna know more about this babyblade. Been asking among my friends whether CBR400 is good bike to get but almost everyone says CBR400 got a lot of problem since it's a old bike. True?? If so can someone tell me what are some possible problems i might face and the price to pay for worst case scenarios? Thanks you guys in advance!

If you want to get a cbr 400. Prepare at least 7 to 8k including bike price, insurance and touch up (Repair, wear and tear, maintance. Bike do not need to do much, just change a good coolant and radiator plus 1 yoshi pipe. You are good to fly

If you manage to get a well conditioned one just spend another 1k-2k to spruce it up and you're good to go.

Hi peeps..i am a newbie blade runner.. need some advice on suspension for the bike. the previous owner has changed the rear suspension to gsxr 400..now when i take it to shop for servicing, they suggested that i change the suspension to stock as else it may spoil handling...is it true? i don't see any visible handling issues now..but has anyone here changed suspension lately to gsxr 400 one ?

Can anyone share with me on where to get volt stabilizer for babyblade? PC3 can be fitted into the machine? Great bike though, bought it for $4.8k, L model, yoshi end can included, insurance $300+ ntuc, tuned at HKL, just change the wire harness and it stopped giving me probs, changed oil filter, fuel filter, iridium plugs, maxima EO, new chain, Pirelli diablo tyres, new on/off switch, bought the bike on February, thought of changing to RC211V kit but kinda waste of $$$, but I saw the pillion foot rest can be changed to modern ones and higher rear shocks, where to get those? Saw a pimped out babyblade at racewerkz bukit merah, damn cool. Drooling...

 

Please kindly advise me newbie.
