[Trip Report] Melaka Solo Ride On Yamaha Spark Z 110cc

i was travel alone in msia b4 as well.

in yr 2001 - 125z from taiping to pg bck taiping to kl bck taiping.

in yr 2004 jan - 150 TZM taiping to singapore. (a bit crazy that time)

in yr 2004 aug - 150 TZM singapore to kl and back sg.

 

even with this bike. i can say is like a slow slow bike on the highway... and the most impreasive is my fren who ride(2 of them) honda C70 (round light)

from taiping to singapore. those who know bikes should know wat is that bikes. hahaa. wat's is the distance from taiping to singapore? (almost 700km)

ipoh to penang - non stop

ipoh to kl - non stop

melaka to KL

KL to JB

 

all in one full tank those days of 90's

ya i agree. i also hav c70 square light. and yamaha 80 stil in my old house... those are my early day of companion when i get my license... haha without those bikes. our riding mean nth... cos we start to ride from the lowest till now. and understand the diff of power and wat we feel is.. older bike do hav good stuff in them. no offence k!

I did again to melaka solo riding

 

Same bike yamaha spark z 110cc - 5 yrs old bike

 

My bike has spinned the meter / odometer

 

Now it is more then 100,000km workhorse

 

ok.

 

I went to melaka not for holiday but for eat eat eat eat eat eat eat eat eat

 

I did not took photos and never overnight

 

I went in morning and return at night.

 

I also bought home a lot of durian dodol and coconut dodol

 

below my travel agenda

 

speed 100km/h constant

 

8:55am saturday 5/9/09 depart from east spore

meter 01119

 

9:55am via woodlands to BHP kiosk, Pelangi, JB

meter 01151

2.39litre fill till full tank

 

shell 95 Pagoh

01301 3.34 litre top up

 

01365 reach melaka jonkers street 1:15pm

 

eat eat eat eat eat eat so many restaurants, pubs, outlets

 

later went to shop change 4t shell Rm15 engine oil

 

4:45pm return

1.998 litre BHP ron 95

01379 meter

 

01514 3.88 litre machap petronas ron 95 top up

 

01602 2.21 litre larkin BHP ron 95 top up before enter spore via woodlands

 

9:35pm 01638 reached east spore

 

total distance covered = 519km

1. i only use woodlands exit

2. i stop only for petrol and must leave the kiosk less then 5 min

3. i travel very weird hours sometimes like 5am

I just returned from Melaka on tuesday 18 Jan

but this time I rode Suzuki Raider 150cc

Went alone

as usual go melaka to eat eat eat and return on same day

 

what i want to tell now is. ...

 

In pagoh Shell kiosk I saw a uncle old man on his suzuki smash 110cc

 

he said he is on his way to Cameron highlands with suzuki smash from singapore.

 

He said he owns honda gold wing but sold and bought this cub kia

 

fuyoooohhhh

 

shame on me.

 

old man uncle also got energy and can do solo.
