How would making a police report affect your work? I make police reports for the most trivial of things... shoes from front door stolen lah, lost cashcard lah...

Is not that i have no guts to report this matter.But is what i found out from the cc company .

 

Now the issue is that i call up the cc coy and they said this is not a police case.reason being i gave her my cc no and its a violation of the agreement that i signed wif the cc.thus even if i report this matter the police canot do anything about it.unless is stolen card by her.thus i still have to foot the bill.

 

jus suck thumb and blame myself.but i will go and seek police advise on this matter.

This is not a police matter.

 

This is a civil matter.

 

What everyone is trying to tell you is that. Its your matter. You dont borther to protect yourself, then its your pasar to suck your own thumb.

 

Let me repeat: THIS IS NOT A POLICE MATTER.

 

You make the police statement to PROTECT yourself.

 

You want to persue the matter CIVILLY, you need the police statement that protected yourself FIRST to PERSUE properly.

 

Your first priority is to PROTECT YOUR BALLS FIRST with the police statement. GOT IT?

What did the bank say about the two fraudulent charges? They cannot just wash their hands off the matter if the charges were not authorised.

Likely the chrages was authorised, because the credit card code at the back of the credit card was easily remembered and reused by some body other then the TS.

 

And it depends on the country and the shop selling the stuff to the TS's friend. They sometimes bill separately depending on what goods was sent.

 

So it might not have been un-authorised deductions, its just spilt into two different deductions/bills.

 

Actually, TS has no case against the credit card companies or the other companies. Because he let the girl used his credit card.

 

He got issues with the girl for not keeping to her words to pay him back and threatening him with harrassment talk.

Lately i help a friend as she wanted to open a blog shop .but she don't have a credit card to make order.

 

Thus she seek my help to pay for her using my card and with the promise she will return me the $.

 

This was in early march and till now i don't see her returning me my $.i tried to contact her but to no avail .by sms she replied that she is bz in school matters thus canot call me.but i find it weird that she canot call me for a while to settle this matter.

 

now the card bill has balloon to $1k,with half the amount being paid by me already.As of 21 april, she still has yet to return me my $.

 

furthermore there was 2 transaction been made without my authority.thus i cancelled my card.I asked the credit card company to find out who made the order without my knowledge but they say cant help me on this.

 

She has replied that she do not know who made the transaction.

 

I am suspecting i have been cheated.despite continue questioning her on this she keeps saying she is too bz with her school work and she will check on tis.but i don't see any outcome from her.

 

I do not know if i should report this matter to the POLICE or not .But i also don't wish to blow this matter up by refer to police.I am collecting all the facts first before i proceed to refer this matter.

 

What else can i do ?

 

i think u should go straight to the police .. the friend of urs already cheated on u therefor trust between u and her is gone , futhermore she is trying to avoid u so there is no any excuse for u not to go to the police, if u don wan to blow this matter up by referring to the police. then i can only say u rather blowing ur pocket hole..call ur the credit card company to terminate ur card!..

this happens all the time/not say cant trust friends but when it involve into $$ becareful ..DON BE A CARRORT HEAD!

what the bank said is to protect themselves from you claiming them for unauthorized use.

what you can do is go to the police, and report that someone used your credit card without your permission.

 

please also note that your "friend" is not at any all indicating that she is going to return you your money. no dates, no amount, zero indications. and to make things worst, she is threatening you with police reports so that she can keep you away from pestering her for your money back.

 

so please give yourself some thought of what you should do.

 

no matter how it goes, you have no chance of being her boyfriend.

and if it is what you want, she may tell you to settle in bed (if you do this, make sure you have a written agreement between you both, else she may report you for rape as she is already "this kind of girl" who tries to cheat you).
