hi all i'm new tzm rider. gt alot qns to ask all m experts here. overhaul means "opening up the engine" ah? i jus change piston, sparkplug & dis engine valve tat cost my m to die on road everytime. after changin all dis startin bike oso diff. i off der fuel when i park but diff to start but when nvr off easier. i notice oso if i turn throttle a few times n kick start, der bike almost start but still die off. everytime must open choke den can start damn easily but i understand everytime open choke not veri gd 4 der bike lah. can any1 tell me wats der prob? oso is it when jus change new piston der 2t must on bigger? cos my exhaust outlet alwayz cover with 2t n a pool of 2t on der floor oso drip from outlet. help me!

 

choke is okay...but dun throttle when the choke is on...

 

btw this is my method...dont noe apply to some of u or not...

usually i will on my fuel before i on my ignition n my run switch...on for few seconds...light a ciggie first..1 or 2 puff...then on ignition n run switch n kick ur kick starter n throttle of a bit..control ur throttle...if u throttle more it will give u a 'bobok' sound...if that occurs try pumping some fuel into ur carb while ur ignition n run switch off...then kick start again...it works for me..try it out...

correct me if im wrong...this method prevent me from using choke

n btw choke do not spoil ur bike but from wat i noe it will just affect ur timing...

i open fuel tap then open throttle. then on then start. if cannot start choke and start. just dont ride with choke on. hahaha.

if its black fluid then its your 2t. which also means your 2t is opened big. if running in , its okay. but too much is not good. get your mech to tune for you. dont go tune yourself if you dont know carb setting.

neng motor bawak pi setting balik... maybe mech kau setting for ur running in.. now u finish running in , try setting balik swee swee...setting sampai die jadi setan.. hahaha..

new piston 2t must be more...if not got scratch then problem...

tkdela..dia kata 900 da ok..tapi lagi bgos kalau 1000+...aku rasa da cukup aku runnin..da bape byk kali aku dari jurong pegi pasir ris patah alek...pegi alek estimate arnd 100km...uit abes kt minyak je ah time runnin...haha
