After i skidded the other time,

my x1r had been quite shaky, go at speeds of >90 can feel like gonna shake out of control.

b4 the skid no problem @ 130km/hr. :(

When windy particularly shaky. :(:(:(

Is this a case of cone bearing busted?

Put your bike on mainstand.

Sit on your bike and pull the weight back. Make sure your front wheel is in the air.

Slowly turn your handle from full left to full right.

Feel for any bumps or notches along the way. Also feel for any friction or tight spots.

That usually indicates a phucked steering cone.

It could also be your wheel bearings.

Get someone to do the same to your bike. Sit on it while on mainstand and pull the front wheel up. Hold the handlebar tight and apply front brakes.

You go up front and shake the wheel, see if it wobbles in the fork. If it does, that's indicative of a screwed wheel bearing.
