I don't think you will get blind (touch wood) by wearing the wrong type of contact lens, but wearing contact lens nowadays really taking some risk.

 

I recommend that we guys wear glasses most of the time, will wear contact lens where there are special vocation.

Drinking water along won't help, you also need to get enough sleep to let your body relax & replenish energy.

 

Sleeping & drinking water is also a beauty therapy :thumb:
