To wat I know is wear & tear to the LCD screen

Replace with new is $300plus. U try scrap yard!

Or best take apart ur meter and take out the LCD tat show ur fuel & time

to Sim Lim Tower and try ur luck to look for a simliar one!(I'm not sure which shop in there sell it)

Added 1 piece of plastic rear mud flap (mudguard extension) bought from LAB for S$7 for my S4 Vtec3. Their ignorant mechanic said "just to screw it under the existing licence plate", but I find that it will then obstruct the original red reflector below the licence plate, hence rendering it totally useless. In addition, I think it may also fail the LTA inspection in future due to the lack of a reflector. Later, I made the modification myself by cutting a slot (about 70mm x 12mm) in order to be able to slot the mud flap over the reflector during installation.

brothers... i need your help for 2nd hand parts as mine were damage when i skidded yesterday night...

 

some parts that were damage are my rear rim crack and bend. tacho meter is now in pieces althou speedo meter seems fine. and badly damaged and dented exhaust.

 

these three parts are of most priority in order for the bike to be on the road again.

 

please pm me if you are selling or know people of shops that sells 2nd hand parts stated above.

last week my bike dies off while I turnon the ignition. Immediately I tot of battery must be flat. Becos of heavy rain as such, I waited until today to get the new battery replaced. I went to 'a shop' next beside Teo Spray in Defu Lane. (Not going to name the shop), I went over to ask for the price of battery, I was told it was 45 bux, I find that reasonable. So I ask for one, while the other guy was doing his stuff, poking battery liquid into the battery box. I later handled him 50 bux, which was more than enuf, he later turn to me it was 65. I was puzzled at first, still I handled him the money and get the exhange back. Is this how motorbike shops doing business? I dont want to get any trouble, since I was all alone there, with all the employee there. Am I being 'eat-up' by such action? I had once my tyre puncture and they punch a stinger inside which cost 5 bux. I find that is approriate. But this return trip just cost me dearly. I meant it also cost them dearly too. Hope it could be a lesson to me, and it could give others a warning what shops might do.

I think u can quote him back about the price. i dont think they will do anything nasty to u ba? But anyway to hear this kind of incident happen..
