ive got a some issues and need ur POV.. if 1 person owns a car with no guarantor and he dies out of natural death, do we still need to pay??

Normally the one whom the car owner hired purchase the car from will re-possess the car.

already repossess the car and now they sent a lawyer letter to the deceased family stating that they still need to cough up 22 000 cash..but theres no guarantor.. wat do u guys suggest to do..just leave it alone or pay them up..

I think they will go after his estate but i'm not sure also.

as they have already repossessed the car and there is no joint owner nor guarantor to the loan, i see no right of claim on anyone else.

so nothing for deceased family to pay in my opinion.

err.. If you could find the loan agreement papers it'll help.. IMO I think the bank is trying to pull a fast one..

As long as there is black and white to prove, it should not be a problem.

Did u make any consultation from law firm. I feel is better to go for one.

They can direct u to a proper tunnel to deal with all this issue.

If there is an estate, creditors can file a claim. There is no need for family members to pay for the deceased.
