It would be nice if someone can help me with the pricing of a second hand racing sprocket for SP, think of selling it. Think the sprocket have been used for 1 year plus, as it was left from previous owner. Thanks.

I think the only difference between normal and racing sprocket, is that normal is for top speed and racing sprocket is for faster pickup. Thanks for your reply.

hmm.. not depending on sprocket ratio meh? for rear sprocket, the bigger the better pick up.. use smaller for better distance and not stress ur bike at higher speed..

or u mean by how thick it is? e.g. from 428 to 415.. if thats the case, it only makes the bike 'lighter' and smoother. wear out faster also.. usually used for race..

do you mean the sprocket hub which allows you to use smaller sprockets n chain?

sp is using 520 chain which is same as scrambler n my 250cc, can be considered oversize la..

so if u change hub to accept smaller 428 chain n smaller sprockets, its to make it a bit lighter and cheaper next time you're changing sprockets n chain.

"racing" stuffs usually wear faster.
