Geng, saye ade soalan.

FZ1N yg pernah saya bwk dahulu sekarang susah ade repo notice.

Asphoon sedang carik moto tu skarang and saye involved sal time saye bwk, dikena letak name as 2nd guarantor.

Sekarang, the guy yg bawak moto tu da 2bulan tk bayar n asphoon da bising.

The owner da ilang2, susah get thru n the 1st guarantor da lesap.

So my qn is, wats the likely scenario to happen seandainya mereka dapat moto tu, 2minggu senyap, dorang dapat jual n tge original owner, 1st n 2nd guarantor ape kesudahannya?

N all these while asphoon correspond wit me je cos they oni can get me to talk with em' n saye da 2thn da tk nampak atau dngr tentang moto nie. Baru2 nie je, masalah ni timbul. Camne eh nk settle agaknye? Ade suggestion tk?

Yang pertama dan utama.......

 

1 - Ko kenal skarangnyer owner?

Kalau ko kenal.....mati2 ko kena suruh dia settle.

 

 

Scenario to expect:

 

1 - ASP repo tu moto

2 - ASP sent legal tu settle outstanding amt

3 - Kalau tak dapat settle.....ASP auction tu moto

4 - Balance of bike loan......owner or guarantor have to settle

5 - Tak bole settle.....ASP takes legal action on owner and guarantor

6 - Last but not least....like it or not......guarantors will still have to bear the burden

 

So in the end......lain orang buat t**k.........lain orang kena cuci!!!!!

bro nak enquiry pasal yammy bike. moto baru 1st servicing n the abg say kalo change oil filter nak kena tuka washer dia skali pasal yg lama will leak out oil. n he say most kedai takde washer dia , btl ke yg dia ckp? sorry for the nooby question n btw i m riding diversion 6.

I thought the replacement filter already comes with the washer? well...its more like a gasket around the inside of the filter.

 

i've had 3 yammies and sume kedai aku gi takde yg ckp pasal washer for oil fiter...so far takde yg leak jgk.
