no doubt using a tail tidy kit looks neat n stylish la. But I have not come across any tail tidy kit with mudguard attached. As far as I know no rear mudguard would invite a summon of $40. No plate illuminator is $70. Or isit vice versa? Correct me if I'm wrong.

cheap way to lower is to cut ur seat. Other ways are to get a custom shock or a lowering kit. Both ways are expensive.

 

Shock - Wilbers, Penske and Bitubo can custom make your rear shock. Pricing will be ard SGD 1.5 to 2K depending on what type of shock.

 

Lowering kits - you can ask around the shops like Motorworld, Unique, Racewerks or check you these sites..
