Photocard License ID

My friend license got damaged. So he wana make new one.

I understand it cost $50 to make new one.

 

The new one will take how long to reach us or can be done @ the spot in TP counter??

It's been a long time since I've replaced mine, and I can't remember the exact details, but I can tell you that they will mail the photocard license to your house

 

(while this is processing, you will have an official TP letter printed out on the spot for you to use in the interim in lieu of the card first)

in what way it is damaged? license broke into 2? bar code cannot scan? photo faded? i recently saw someone's license, photo cannot be seen but he still using it.. ask him can ah? he say no problem..

picture faded. then card abit crack. the top flim came off,,..
