Planet Motor not bad... Always go there to service my bike. One think i dun like is long waiting time especially weekends

Hey...I jux thought of a question, as u all noe, TZR doesn't have a fuel gauge. So how do u people decide when to pump petrol? :?

 

For me I use the mileage to gauge...reach abt 160Km I will prepare to pump petrol liao...:D

 

And another question I would like to ask is that wat is the mileage that ur bike can go before it hits reserves aft a full tank? :?

 

The max I hit was 245Km but still haven't hit reserve...but then when c inside the oil tank...practically nothing liao...:cheeky:

was toking bout this friday...errr...today but dun hav already. :giddy:

 

fuel gauge taken from milage lor. i clock 170-180 till reserve. eh, can any of u show me how a tzr meter look like? take a pic or what. cos i want to see whether same or not.

Yupe.... I use the mileage as gauge... always reset to zero every time I pump petrol...

 

I tested my full tank... went up to abt 220km then it hits reserve...

Dun have picture... can only describe...

 

Very simple one... 2 round circles side by side, left side is speed, right side is rpm... In the middle of it is the heat indicator... Then at the bottom of it are the 4 light indicators, 2T, Neutral, Signal n High Beam...

Got a qns. Mine i think hit max 180KM is the reserve. Kind of low compare to all of yours. Does that mean that i'm leaking fuel as i always smell of petrol on my bike and the engine block is always oily. Looks like petrol.

not too sure. mine too smell of petrol but its because of the air filter, not the standard air box. :cheeky:

 

anyway, just check all ur connection tubes to the tank or its perimeter. get a tissue and pressed on areas where u think got lobang.

had same prob as u..but gt worst until petrol link..eh i push it in

to the bike shop @ safra there...n got it fix..nt sure abt the price cos i got it done

together wif my magnetic coil but i dnt tink it is going to be costly

 

try get it done asap if nt ur frame sure byebye @ the end of the day:giddy:

u got two bike ah? skipper and tzr? i saw before ur pic with the tzr purple and yellow...

oh ya which safra u go? anyway tzr parts v.cheap hope u all dun kana chop...

Hell_Inside---Looks like my TZR's petrol consumption is quite low...at least lowest fr wat I noe...hee...:smile:

ya skipper n tzr..:smile: but my bf utilise the skipper more often

hmm cant remember the name already but it's next to the shop that does paint work...yah tzr stuff are easy to get..

I think because some problem with the server that keeps the forum quiet. Quite difficult to access nowadays.

HI all tzr riders. may i ask some question about the tzr. 1) can the tzr oil tank change into a new one, then how much will it cost. 2) can i change the seat of the tzr, then how much it will cost. then forget 1 thing to tell u all is that the tzr fairing has change into tzm fairing le.
