You did not inform him that you want Motul 5100 in the first place..before my mechanic drain out the oil....

You agree in using Motul 300V and my mechanic carry on with the job.

My mechanic said you asked for $23 when you know that outside is selling $28. in addition you want cheap you want fast. How to serve you like that? hey bro! be mature!!!! no harm using Motul 300V. Be a man! come down face to face to clarify things.

1st of all, bikes are meant to be 'RIDE' not 'USE'

& i'm poor guy, can't afford to own a 1000cc not like u, earning 9k in 1 day.

he told mi tis AFTER DRAINING OUT MY OIL... 'I heard u say u wan 5100, but didn't tell u i have it' Dishonest...

yr mec keep asking mi to get other oil, like castrol $13/bottle etc etc etc.. new sales tatics to clear old stocks mayb?

he tell mi $25/bottle, i didn't even ask for discount OK.

i can see and understand ur tech are too busy and as a customer we should understand them, SUNDAY what do you espect. before they hands on ur bike u should ask the tech and physically see the stock availability...actually its our mistake be it we have the money to pay, next time SEE first then agree

i agree that if both party agree then the deal is close but frm wht i read,the mech didnt even tell him that the engine oil he wan is out of stock n if he mind changing to the other type.he just drain out the engine oil then he tell him it out of stock,it nt right tis way.
