Pros:

 

Machine price is substantially cheaper than what you would pay for

a CBR.

 

There's a reliable mechanic in Guan Hoe should anything go wrong.

 

Ergowise, it might need a pair of longer hand as it's pretty elongated.

 

Cons:

 

Front and rear shock non-adjustable for the RR models.

(SP model comes with adjustable rear shock)

 

Old bike hence need to do something abt the bike in terms of engine

condition, bearings etc etc

 

Can't really think of much. Add one anyone?

true.. but heard frm fren who used to ride S4 say it can be tighten abit.. how much is abit i seriously duno.. feel like giving it a try if it can be done..

anyway maybe u guys can teach n tell mi more on wed since there's a outing n i going finally.. :D

Jack the front wheel up, then u move the handle bar left right see if it is smooth especially the angle near straight. If it is smooth through out, means still not so bad. If not got to get ur cone bearing change, it affects the handling greatly! Then check the brake disc if it is loose. The sound might be from the brake disc.

Dunno why but everyone seems to think 0000H onwards less jam and everyone choose this timing....

last time we went there at 2300hr...jammed until the main road ah...weekdays cannot go in early.

That's my personal experience.

2300H you can still proceed smoothly. 2330H, you'll start noticing a sudden influx of motorbikes and by 0000H, the traffic start piling up.
