Y not? i would like to hear your view on it......i'm not one to turn down something that sounds reasonable...... We raise our doubts over what we feel is wrong, have a healthy discussion and gain something out of it......don't you?(well, mabbe except for the flaming part..... no comments)

Like to hear your views on something else as well....... my bike seems to be accumulating carbon all the time, rev n rev the next day, its still there...... so......

1) what might be the cause of it?

2) anyway to rectify it other den rev n rev even more?(other den some cold jokes like selling the bike n stuff)

3) if it has to do wif jettings, how to determine if they are in their original settings?

4) does tuning of carbs have anything to do wif the carbon produced? if so , any way to rectify?

If you are unwilling to share your views, i respect that. But its not only my loss but yours as well, it being a chance for you to make some contribution in this thread after your return, mabbe even resolve some of this hatred n misunderstanding.....

check for coolant leaks. green liquid that looks like alien's blood.

or else remove ur fuel tank.

need not disconnect the petrol tube. just tilt the tank one side.

open up the radiator cover.

pour in distilled water till full.

if still hot .... better bring it for a checkup liao

if overheat can burn up the gaskets. and that costs $$$

ps: do the above when the engine is NOT hot.

i suggest that u dun always add distilled water to the main radiator all the time.

it will only make the formula more diluted as the formula oready have a 50-50 mixture.

flush it again icez...no harm doin it..

only waste a bit of ya time only...

arcfire.

u having a rich jetting?

how ya know that it is accumlating carbon and stuff? and indication?

Well, can't really be sure that its accumulating carbon per se but so far every morn when i start my bike n rev, there's always carbon coming out, more when i rev even more.....even after a previous night of hard riding. So what might be the problem here from your point of view??

to wat i know..

yes they are the same..

hmm..wat spoilt ya coolent pump seal?

could it be that it is too old and need replacing?

and just happen that it spoilt when u use distilled water?

normal water will then corrode the interior wor.

lolz......like to ask something as well, does the tuning of the carbs have anything to do wif the jettings causing my bike to be running rich?

when u go guan hoe or any other mechs for a regular carb wash and tune, they merely cleans & sync's the carbs. theres no jetting/change of jets being done, unless u specify beforehand.
