when u go guan hoe or any other mechs for a regular carb wash and tune, they merely cleans & sync's the carbs. theres no jetting/change of jets being done, unless u specify beforehand.

Don't bother. They don't have main jets of other size for the GSX400.

I went to quite a no. of bike shops including KS and GH main office.

Short of asking the main office to help me order if possible, my next move

is to order from the US. (quite a costly option....)

lolz......like to ask something as well, does the tuning of the carbs have anything to do wif the jettings causing my bike to be running rich?

Ever check your engine oil level? The carbon could be from the engine oil

or an accumulation of carbon on the muffler.

Is using batery water mixed with Redline water wetter ok then??

For your case, when you need to replace your water pump, you use battery water in your radiator only rite?

I mean before your water pump fail, you were useing only battery water alone to filled your radiator which cause the failure?

Well, what i meant by tuning of carbs is the sync of the carbs using the pressure guage.
