It's not my theory.....

 

Considering the age of the bike and the last time the piston/rings were replaced,

I reckon engine oil might be seeping thru the rings and getting burnt.

 

Another possiblity is that accumulation of carbon in the muffler. Maybe he wanna

take out the muffler and blow blow the bike abit to see if that's the source.

Won't be surprised if the muffler is choked full of carbon.

i noticed that some smoke is coming out from my exhaust,when it's stationary.I think it's white smoke if i'm not wrong.... Something to do with gasket?

White smoke? after starting the bike or after some time?

after some times lor, but i think it's carbon or wad leh...coz can't really tell...becoz juz now peter's bike is behind me, so can't really judge whether it's carbon or white smoke~

Yours look more like blue smoke to me leh....

Everytime behind you get a bit dizzy....

for me myself also leh...when i warm up...i can sense the petrol smell from the exhaust itself...hmm...leakage of petrol over the gasket?

There was once i saw smoke while a friend headlight was shinning behind.. It was after some riding, so i thought die liao.. white smoke, engine gone.. Then i rev a bit, her white head crowl become spotted. Mosture (was raining b4 that) and carbon came out. That was a relieve.

Warm up already rev a bit higher sure can see. If its black smoke, still ok. If white smoke......

 

But my bike still accumulate alot of carbon fast. Rev high for a while already, become lesser. After a while seems have alot again. If very long ride hard, the smoke can fight with taxi.

spot on bout the seeping part oil through the worn piston rings.. the next thing i would check will be if the amt of engine oil decreases over time... if it does, i think it's bout time to have the rings replaced..

that explain why ur pump failed u.

distilled water alone without any additives is corrosive.

so i guess this is wat happen to u when u keep adding distilled water to ya radiator.

the additives get more n more diluted.

woah....hmmm....sounds abit like mine....not too sure where the petrol smell is from thou.....need to check out next time i start my bike....... if its really too rich as mentioned, how to rectify it?

he will know how and wat to do for u one.

after doin it, power might not be as good as wat u r doin now..

coz not much petrol is burn
