I bought a new brake lever today for $15 at Mah, installed and bleed the brakes, the braking

 

But there is a 'click' sound when braking, one caliper is shaky alrady, going to try use loctite to bond the button up.

I'm the mech, I did the change myself. The brake lever is not the original one, its chrome in color, but it fit nicely like original.

 

The click sound is from the brake disc button because it have loosen due to the right caliper misalign previously cause by a damage screw thread which result in the caliper not tighten properly.

 

I have fixed the damage thread and alighn the caliper, temporaray I will try to use loctite to secure the botton so that it won't vibrate and make the click sound. Or I may get used brake disc to replace the current one because they are very thin and almost reaching to the serviceable limit of 4mm.

S750WP: heard from pple can cramp wan leh da brake disc... then wont have any sound. I live wif it, but sometime really irritating da sound. But someone told me its okie wan... still can use.
