don't have to change any gaskets, juz haf to replace the rubber seals if worn out.

there r 4 small o seals and 4 big o seals for carbs to prevent petrol sipping out. May not be all the seals are worn out. it cost 8 bucks per seals. I changed 5 seals that time while doing carburettor servicing.

hi bros, under the pillion seat, i think on the left if i remember, there is a whtie container with cap right? wahts it for?

thanks bro!!

it's a reservoir to store reserve coolant. whenever coolant level from radiator drop, coolant from the reservoir will flow to the radiator.

try to take note of this and top up periodically to keep track of your coolant level.

it's best to top up using the type of coolant that u r using currently and at the meantime, keep engining running at the same time.

for me, i'm using maxima cool aide premix coolant solution with distill water in a specified ratio.

hmmz yes there's a indicator on the reservoir stating low to high. somewhere in the middle will be fine but u have to take out the left tail fairing to see that. So i just estimate it amd fill till there's excess, the bike will pee off the excess off from the drainage tube. so don't be alarmed when u see coolant leaking from the tube at the bottom of the bike.

:) wah bro, you really know alot. thanks!!

in this case, is this coolant (in this container) together with the g4's main coolant (if there are 2 reservior)? meaning if i change coolant by myself i dont have to remove my tank already? just drain the coolant and top up from the rear?

tt little box is purely for topping up of coolant only. not changing/flushing of coolant.

hi bros, just check with you guys if what happ to me is actually possible/normal.

due to the heavy rain last week, i didnt ride my bike totally, only on sat, went to town and back home. so..... i just went out on my bike (as in really just just haha). the moment i start my bike, the sian sian sound like got water in my engine come out. i know this is due to wet spark plugs again, cos its the same sound i encountered previously.

at first when i stop at traffic lights, the engine will stall. then i decided to go "ram" it out on the expressways. so, after about 90min of riding, stopping, in and out of expressways, my bike is normal again!! (meaning its back to the same sound and everything again)

is this possible? is it possible that i had made the plugs dry? is this normal? or will the plugs cause more damage later on (if its wet then i "force" dry it?)

hope my bike is ok, hope my bike is ok........ :)

another thing bros,

our spark plugs, where are they located? are they covered by some caps (rubber), or anything? i read that got shops selling spark plug caps, wondering can buy to use or not.

used to have this issue also...but i changed the spark plug caps then no issue already.
