well.....Just remember this rule of thumb....

"bike has to be cleared of any outstanding fines and issues be it financially or legally before handing/taking over is done."

1)Check for fines at AXN machine key in the license plate no. and u'll get the result.

2)Call LTA to check any outstanding/legal issue wif the bike....

3)Prepare a letter stating that any outstanding/unforseen fines or legal issues before the date of handing/taking over the bike...will be liable by the previous owner.

All these is just to safe guard yourself....

If no rd tax...ask for lower price.

IF tyre worn out ask for lower price.

IF there's damage ask for lower price.

Not trying to sound bad just tat...is a matter of fair game.....seller wants to get the best price....buyer wants to get the best deal tats wrth his money at least...

see properly b4 you buy ok?

if its really jia lat, consider more than twice.

i got cheap bikes b4, save $400-$500. end up the condition si beh jia lat. not wirth time and effort to repair.

try to et one, immediately can ride on the road one. save time and money and get to enjoy the bike.

1. seems like one or more plugs having weak ignition initially. could be plug's times are up. If that still persist soon after changing of plugs, bike could running on rich, imcompleted combustion forming up carbon on the plug head. thus after a couple of revving or riding, carbon on the plug head might get clear off, but it's not a long time solution. once excessive carbon formed out, your plugs can throw away already.

to verify if any plugs are not working, try spraying water at the headers to check if there's any non-firing plugs after cold starting bike for abt 1min.

2. lack of air intake due to dirtied/wet air filter, another possible reason causing incomplete combustion. check if there's any white smoke coming out from your bike or not.

aiya..... no time leh....... work work work, study study study..... sian man.....

actully this problem started immediately after i sent my bike to ah chong actually. before this actually no problem..... maybe its cos i visisted him when raining... then when changing stuff... water get in?

but ah chong is good lah, really good shop. maybe its time my bike get some problems? :)

i dunno will tt harm your engine or wat.. haahaa

but one thing for sure, more carbon will build up within the engine and exhaust. tt's if the bike is running too rich.
