horried day at the tracks, red hot and I both kissed the tarmac. Got too ambitious and wanted to pass red hot on the inside of turn 1. Braked late and went down hard, the suspensions rebounded as i was sideways, hit my footpegs and front wheel lifted ever so slightly and boom, i was sliding across the tarmac into the gravel. :weep:

U can try to adjust the screw located somewhere in the centre below the carburetor & see if it works :cheeky:

i think the ideal idling will be 800-1000 rpm. normally when the engine is cold, it will sometime die off. u can try to tune ur idling to about 1k and see if it stay there when ur engine had warm up. if the idling goes up when ur engine had warmed up, tune in down to 1k as thats the most accurate. tuning of the rpm is most accurate when the engine is hot. if the engine cont to die off when u start in the morning, i think no choice but to rev abit when u start ur engine...:thumb:

hey guys is it normal to ride while temp is at half of the meter??my bike temp seem to up quite often

any solution to this??thxx

if i am not wrong, the bike is still ridable when the temp is about half. the engine will auto cut off if the temp gets too high! normally for me, during afternoon or hot days together with jams, my temp will be slightly less than half, it will go down to a quarter once the bike pick up speed to about 80-90. on normal days my temp will not go more than 1/3. i suggest u may wan to go flush ur coolant if u feel that, it had been quite a long time since u last flush. or maybe the radiator water also. Jus a suggestion and comment. correct me if i am wrong as there are so many seniors here who ride gsxr much longer than me! :p
