Gonna do oil change soon liao......wanna change my oil filter as well.....can't find the last posting on the amt of oil to pour in.......wad issit again? for changeing of engine oil +filter need how much oil?

The oil amount to pour in shoud be around 2900ml or 2800ml...but you still need to pour extra in if you change your oil filter....as the oil filter also got oil inside.....so you need around 3000ml of engine oil...(I normally brought 4000ml engine oil as remaining can still use for next oil change)

 

You should see from the right side bottom engine (The L(Low) and H(High) indicator) whether the oil is enough. If it shown H there, Start your engine for around 30 second( so the oil will go in the oil filter) and as well check for leaking of engine oil from oil filter and oil nut), then off your engine.

 

Left your motor off around 5mins to let the remaining oil to go back to bottom. This is the time to confirm the engine issit enough of engine oil or not....

 

If still not enough rite, pour slowly in as dun pour in too much...Pour a bit then check....

 

A TIP: Too little not good, Too much also not good....On the H(Hight) level or above a bit only is best.....

 

Anything not sure....shoot @ me again as me do my servicing myself....

Wah the forum so buzi liao huh...finally finish readin :giddy:

Since the Printing shop wanna take takin own sweet time..we got to meet earlier.

wah 3hr to print out 3 shirts.okie...i try to plan more entertainment so tat the trip wun b bor :dozed: .can anione bring along a digi cam.:smile: coz i wanna do wheelie at jb custom:sian:

the main problem is where to meet as we noe we all live islandwidth.:confused:

tested 2 gixxers juz now. din drag the bike cos still not used to it. any of u got fix frame sliders for yur gsxr? can get the gixxer b4 sun but even then not a good idea to ride there cos i still need some time to get used to it rite?

 

so sun 2pm at the jb custom white house.

Last time discuss before already, cant fix sliders. There will be more damage if the slider is fix on the fairing instead of the frame.

dude... pls dun rush into a deal.... a gsxr is a bike that muz be chosen properly... else it might juz rip ur wallet apart...
