most of my stuff i bought at Sim Lim tower.. basement level..

 

i know most basement level stores sells cheap electronics..

 

ram-12 by sun hold electronics. $2 each. :)

OK bro..

 

I drew up my own circuit diagram, and installed the alarm with remote startup for less that $15 :D Rather than $90 when i went to shops :S

 

I will post up a picture for my circuit drawing aight.. for those who wanna DIY their alarm.. hehe... Posting pictures and videos up soon..

 

For a start, lemme post my videos first, as its only 1.8mb..

Total spent..

 

2xSPST relay $4 ($2 each)

1xSPDT relay $1.50

Solder $1

Circuit board $2.50

Wire (2m) $2

2 x diode $1.80 (0.90 each)

 

Total = $11.30 :D

You can see that i tape my circuit board with white tape.. to prevent it from contact with with earth..

i would prefer to go to the top floor..

 

their prices are better... cheaper also...

 

just to check is there any motion sensor when someone touches bike, alarms goes.

Not really too sure man whether there is.. are you thinking of building your own alarm system? hehe..

 

Its quite easy setup actually.. i'm not an electronic student btw.. i did dropped out from mechatronics first year though :S all these is read from net, thought of a solution, then came up with it.. You don't have to be an electronics student to build this system :D

 

BTW.. if you're thinking of building your own alarm system, i have a rough idea how it works.. i opened up the ECU unit, saw a few relays in it, thats it.. for the wireless thingy, there's actually schematics on the net where you can get and build one, and fix it to it...

 

My next project is actually a cashcard reminder, which is quite simple to build, i thought of it a long long time, but i never really build it. I just need on SPDT relay to build it.. thats all..

 

I don't mind DIY with you.. a friend to keep me company is always good.. hehe.. you message me your number la.. i will sms you when i'm going to start with the project.. :D

interested buyers may want to use for track

as u only rebuid the engine.

ups for your budget diy alarm system. really a feat to come up with a system by yourself. maybe can improve on it, get it patented then you can sit at home shake leg collect money! LOL! :thumb:

 

is your system applicable to kick-start only bikes? interested to get a budget alarm system set up on my bike.
