Hi Bros, I need help. Just bought a Pgm from a friend. The valve system does not seems to work. Cannot tarik. Cannot pass 130KM. Any recommendation on where is the best workshop to service the valve and cost. Also looking for a shop to buy the HRC card and harness. Thanks in advance....

i c u own a PGM before...there is no more hrc card...unless u exchange cdi with someone who have...

btw 120front150rear soft compund tyres size, wad is e PSI for e air pressure? it seems i always got a problem with too much or little air..

hmmm, good idea but where to buy. Also need to repair the valve. Please Help recommend me a good mechanic.

ya took off the sticker le.... i stay near race werk where i service my bike regulary....

 

can't ride steady now... fork need to rebuilt, suspension giving way soon... :(

ya at work what is error 2 error 3 ah? me newbie leh just gt bike in april still restoring back to its stock condition, so far change back brake disc, front/back brake pump kit, change the 2t pump cause 2t went into engine oil

 

i also just change 1 piston ring. prob is that when i am riding at full tank i turn reserve tank just few metre tank empty!!! then go race werk let them check... sad leh

error2 is e Valve Problems

 

error3 is the so called 'thing dat ACTIVATE ur valve when ur rpm hit e powerband. so if that thing starting to have problem to activate ur valve, error3 will show out.

天有不测之风云 my bike can't speak so i also don't when it will break down if it suddenly 'sick' i also no choice....

hi bro no error msg pop up but from 5rpm onwards very difficult to move up. Any idea whats wrong ?

since u say that there is no error appearing... mebe ur cdi is spoilt ... It happened to me b4.... max is 130.... bt going to 130 is oredi slow & hard.... Send to shop & discover that the cdi is spoilt which causes the valve nt to open :giddy: :giddy: Bt den again it mite b another thing spoilt instead of the cdi.... cheers :cool:

yeaps.. mostly error1 show is CDI problem, so since no error, den maybe go checkup on ur bike.. maybe carb overflow? go wash carb.. so maybe sparkplugs dirty...
