Unfair Fine for Riding in Bus Lane

Hey brothers.. I also received a summon for turning into centrepoint carpark...

 

The thing is I saw the TP after the taxi stand and even signal my intention to him that I wan to turn into the carpark.. I only filter in at the entrance of centrepoint after the taxi stand..

 

I dont frequent orchard.. and infact, its been ages since I been there..

 

I only go there cus I need to sign up for some courses at FTC Kaplan..

 

If I dont turn into bus lane.. how am I suppose to get into the carpark???

 

I intend to appeal too and if they reject, I intend to go down personally to LTA..

 

Man.. I got a job and I need to work on Sat.. This stupid thing is wasting my time...

To me, i don't understand this rule about the bus lane.

You did the right thing to line up behind before turning in.

To slow down or stop in the 2nd lane before you can turn in is crazy.

With that illustration, i don't know what i am going to do too.

I think they should extend the dotted line.

upper changi road is common for a warden. and for mi i think they are quite silly to stand after the bus stop before the function. that is so farking near the left turning into simei road. during peak hours cars are queueing in the bus lane filtering left. how to turn left if i dun queue behind the cars and inside the bus lane?

 

today also anytime. was going towards simei road from tampines ave 5. i am going to turn left into tampines ave 2 and there are buses queuing to filter left. it was raining quite heavy already so i go into the bus lane to queue behind the bus and who knows, the warden was holding a camera there for bus lanes. wth.

 

was already raining heavily and i just wanted to filter safely shouldnt i queue behind the bus or they are encouraging us to stay on 2nd lane until the extreme near the turn den try our best to cut into the turn.

 

i going to wait for the letter and appeal till the end man

Kena capture at BUs Lane..near EXPO frm simpang bedok to ITE simei.. was on five of Sept..so far no letter... Hope it stays that way....

 

I hope bus lane rules could be improved..some junction the dotted lines so short.. a sudden lane change cud cause accidens or riders skid their bikes.Due to not wanting to kena fine by them.
